Shaquille O'Neal , aka "Shaq", is drawn into an alternate dimension while en route to a charity game in Tokyo. He's tasked with fighting 11 opponents to save a local man's grandson. The gameplay resembles Street Fighter II or Mortal Kombat .

The game features rotoscoping graphics, showcasing Shaq's towering height of 7'2". Players can engage in story mode or individual fights with one or two players, with the condition that at least one player is Shaq. His high jumping ability allows for great distances, although he struggles with blocking.
