The game Mind Teazzer is composed of three different types of puzzle games. First, the player selects one of nine female models to play as. Each model has an accompanying image and video clip. This image can be rearranged into a jigsaw puzzle, slider puzzle, or memory match game. Completing any of these three puzzles unlocks a softcore adult film from a Vivid Video movie.
The gameplay involves using the chosen model's image to solve one of the three puzzle types. The player must then use the completed puzzle to unlock a short adult clip. Once all nine models have been unlocked, the game is complete. However, the puzzles are not necessarily easy to solve, requiring some thought and strategy.
