The evil Dark Queen has struck, snatching away your closest friend and the most stunning beauty in the land. Your response? Fury! Battletoads are known for their bravery, not their tears. Summoning the Starcops won't save the day; it's time to take matters into your own hands.

Embark on a perilous quest through 13 challenging levels, each with its unique twist. Some sections involve intense side-scrolling battles, while others require you to plummet down treacherous shafts, fighting off enemies as you fall. You'll also experience thrilling rides like rockets and surfboards, all while battling to survive. At the end of each area lies a formidable boss, waiting to be vanquished. In some cases, an additional mini-boss will appear mid-level, testing your mettle.
