Altered Beast

You're a hero brought back to life by Zeus to save his daughter Athena. The scenery is inspired by Ancient Greece and you must fight hordes of undead and demons, with a boss at the end of each level until you meet the god Neff, who's holding the girl captive.

The game's title refers to your ability to transform into different beasts. By defeating two-headed wolves, you can collect spirit balls and change into various creatures such as a werewolf, dragon, tiger, or bear. Each form has special abilities like flight and powerful attacks that are stronger than your human punches and kicks.

The game is available in single-player mode and same-screen co-op multiplayer mode.
