Samurai Shodown IV brings back three classic characters - Yagyu Jubei, Charlotte and Tam Tam - with updated features, introduces two new fighters, the Kazama brothers, and adds new backgrounds to the series.
The game builds upon the previous installment by retaining popular elements such as the dodge move and the ability to choose between a standard fighter and an alternate dark-styled version.
Gameplay features the "No Contest" Moves, which allow your fighter to execute a finishing blow on a stunned opponent in a similar style to other fighting games like Mortal Kombat.
