Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl is a remake with lots of updates and enhancements of Etrian Odyssey game for Nintendo 3DS, now featuring two gameplay modes: Classic and Story Mode. This game is the start of the Untold spin-off series.
The story follows Millennium Girl , a mysterious girl who awakens in a strange world with no memory of her past. She sets out on a journey to uncover the truth about her identity and the world she finds herself in. Along the way, she meets various allies who join her quest.
The gameplay offers two modes: Classic Mode and Story Mode. In Classic Mode, players can customize their characters and maps, with a unique plot compared to Story Mode. In Story Mode, standard characters have wider background stories, cutscenes, and voice acting. Players can also choose from three difficulty settings: Picnic, Normal, and Expert.
Data transferred from Classic Mode is compatible with Story Mode, allowing players to continue their journey without losing progress.
