WCW Mayhem is a wrestling game where you can wrestle as over 50 of your favorite WCW wrestlers across 12 pay-per-view sets and their TV programs, including "Nitro", "Thunder" and "Saturday Night". You can also take fights out to the backstage area.
The game features a create-a-wrestler mode to bring your own grapplers to the ring, as well as a feature to unlock pay-per view events with special codes. However, this feature was only available for three months. The game's commentary is provided by WCW's main announcer Tony Schiavone and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan (on PlayStation version).
