Dragon's Lair Trilogy is a compilation of three classic games that have been remastered for release on the Nintendo Switch console.
The story follows Dirk Strangeway, an American adventurer who gets caught up in a series of challenges and obstacles as he tries to rescue Princess Daphne from the clutches of the evil Prince John. The trilogy features full-screen widescreen mode and arcade cabinet backgrounds with 4:3 ratio graphics. Players can expect quick-time events (QTEs) during gameplay, which can be controlled either over the game video or over the arcade cabinet controls.
The games in Dragon's Lair Trilogy offer various modes to play each title, including Dragon's Lair , which is available in arcade and home mode, and Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp , which has original and director's cut modes. Space Ace does not have any mode selection.
Each game includes video extras such as developer interviews and scenes from the game played like a movie.
