The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special Edition offers a reimagined experience with its main game, expanded by add-ons such as Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Hearthfire. With enhanced visuals and the ability to install mods, players can dive into new quests, environments, characters, dialogue, armor, weapons, and more.

The console version marks the first release of this revamped game for Nintendo Switch, complemented by its existing PC counterpart which has been made available for free through Steam for owners of the base game and three DLC items or The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Legendary Edition. This Special Edition brings all the original content to those who previously only had access to the legendary edition.
