House Flipper is a home-renovation simulation where players buy rundown properties, repair and remodel them, and then sell for profit. The Switch version retains the full suite of tools-painting, demolition, plumbing, and interior design-allowing on-the-go play. Players can also take on side jobs, customize furniture, and explore a sandbox mode. No special edition exists for Switch, so the game includes the base content only.
