Arachnophobia is a simple action game based on the Hollywood movie of the same name. South American spiders have overrun large areas of the United States, and it's your task to clean infested farms, houses, or public buildings using a pesticide called "Toxi-Max". One useful device is an arachno-detector that warns you of approaching vermin.
The gameplay revolves around controlling your player sprite from a side-view, with the primary objective being to use toxic pesticide at the right moment to defend yourself from attacking spiders. The game plays like a simple reaction game.
