Red Faction II is a game that begins after the revolt on Mars, where a new group has taken over Red Faction , with their goal being to take down dictator Chancellor Sopot. He created the Red Faction soldiers using nano technology, but ordered them to be destroyed because he feared they would fight back.
The game's main objective is for you to lead this new group and take back freedom that was lost, as well as save your skin and those who work with you.
Geo-Mod , a technology used in Red Faction II , builds the world around you, allowing you to destroy it using various weapons such as rockets, mines, and more. This feature allows you to blast through doors, take down walls, and destroy enemies by destroying the floor they stand on.
The game includes multiplayer modes for up to 4 players, as well as a collection of bots. However, it's worth noting that the PC version does not have multiplayer options.
