Empire of Karn is a unique game that combines action and adventure elements. The story revolves around the king of Vorzdeshaa's plan to overthrow the Emperor of Karn , who has sent you, along with Darin, a descendant of Beren, to stop the treachery.
Gameplay is focused on picking up objects and using them to solve puzzles or giving orders to your companions. The game features graphics, but unlike other Interactive Fiction games of its time, it does not allow for conversations with NPCs or examining objects.
The Commodore 64 is the platform that brings this unique game to life. Released in 1970 , Empire of Karn offers an engaging experience despite its limitations.
