Test Drive , released in 1987, is an action-packed game where you get to drive one of five sports cars on a mountain strip at high speeds without getting caught by the police. To evade them, you can use a radar detector or try to outrun them if they spot you.
The gameplay revolves around racing simulation and arcade elements. You'll need to manually shift gears using the stickshift, making sure not to redline your engine, as this will result in an instant loss of speed. Your goal is to reach the finish line without getting caught by the police.
