NFL Quarterback Club 97 is a football game that uses similar gameplay elements to Madden NFL 97. The game features a kicking T-meter, a three-quarter overhead primary camera angle, and button assignments and controls. Player animations are fluid and realistic, with clearly visible jersey numbers and names.
The game also includes a historic simulation mode, where players can choose from 50 different classic NFL game situations and try to rewrite history.
