Agassi Tennis Generation is a tennis game endorsed by former world no. 1 Andre Agassi. The player has to compete against 32 male players, each with their unique strengths and weaknesses, in 16 tournaments around the world. Each tournament features its own court type, adding variety to the game. Players can choose from three game modes: Quick game, Arcade mode, where they have to win a series of games in a row, and the Agassi Tournament , where the goal is to become the No. 1 player.
The gameplay is simple and easy to follow. The player controls the character using four buttons: shot, lob, top spin, and back spin. To win points, the player must position themselves correctly and add the right amount of direction and strength to their shots. Serving involves a power bar that fills up as the best time to hit the ball approaches. The game features two camera views: the traditional TV view and a "behind the player" view, similar to Virtua Tennis . However, unlike other games in the Roland Garros series, the camera stays on the bottom court.
