Crash Time 5 is the fifth installment in the Crash Time series. In this game, Ben Jäger goes undercover to infiltrate a gangster organization in order to nail their bosses. Each of the eight cases deals with another criminal and is divided into several missions in which the player alternately takes the role of Jäger or Gerkhan.

The gameplay in Crash Time 5 focuses on action-packed racing and high-speed chases. The game features a mission-based structure, where most missions consist of normal races or checkpoint races, with some car chases thrown in as well. The player can use a variety of weapons while driving, including nail boards, oil, and EMPs. The handling is fast-paced and action-based, with the player remaining inside their vehicle throughout the game.

Crash Time 5 was released on September 28, 2012, for the Playstation 3 console, falling under the Action & Adventure genre.
