NBA Street Homecourt is the fourth main title in Electronic Arts Inc. 's NBA Street franchise , the first of which released for the main TV consoles of the seventh generation. Like its predecessors, Homecourt revolves around arcade style three-on-three basketball. The primary career mode Homecourt Challenge allows you to create and name a customised player, name their home town, and progress through a quest to 'put your homecourt on the map' by completing challenges, levelling your player, and building your team.
The gameplay in NBA Street Homecourt is fast-paced and action-packed, with an emphasis on trick shots and street basketball. You can compete against friends online or join a game with up to four players locally, using the PS3's built-in multiplayer capabilities. The game also features a variety of modes, including Game Breaker Battle, Trick Battle, and Custom Game.
