Syndrome is a science fiction survival horror game that takes place inside a drifting spaceship called Valkenburg. The player controls a character who wakes up from cryosleep with no memory, and soon finds that the ship is in chaos, with dead bodies all around and weird monsters roaming around.
The gameplay of Syndrome follows the classic survival horror formula, where the player must fight for survival with limited weapons and ammunition. The game requires the player to use stealth and strategy to overcome obstacles and enemies, making it a tense and thrilling experience.
