World End Syndrome is a psychological drama that follows the story of Keiichi Koyama, a high school student who suffers from a rare condition called catatonia. He has been confined to his bed for several years and is unable to interact with anyone. The game explores themes of mental health, loneliness, and the struggles of growing up.
