The story of Final Fight CD takes place in the fictional city of Metro City, where two police officers, Cody Travers and Guy Fox, are on a mission to stop an evil gang leader named Haggar. Haggar has taken over the city and is using his army of mutants to terrorize its citizens. The game follows Cody and Guy as they attempt to defeat Haggar and save Metro City from destruction.
Gameplay in Final Fight CD is a side-scrolling beat-em-up, where players control either Cody or Guy as they fight their way through hordes of mutants. The game features a variety of combat moves, including punches, kicks, and special attacks. Players can also switch between characters on the fly, using their unique abilities to take down enemies.
Final Fight CD was released for the Sega Mega CD console in June 1993 and has since become a cult classic among retro gaming fans. The game's blend of action-packed combat and nostalgic charm has made it a beloved title among gamers looking for a throwback experience.
