The SNES version of Final Fight has some key differences compared to its original counterpart. The factory level is missing, there's one less character to play as (only Haggar and Cody are available), and multiplayer is no longer an option. Additionally, there's a limit on the number of enemies that can appear on screen at any given time.
The US release has some minor differences, such as replacing all female enemy sprites with male ones, changing boss names, removing a power-up called Whiskey, and altering the "Oh My God!" cry to "Oh My Car!".
The Final Fight Guy version is essentially identical to the original game, but with Guy as the second playable character instead of Cody. The intro has also been altered, with Guy explaining that he's taking on Jessica's case while Cody trains in Japan. This updated version includes fewer slowdown issues and more difficulty level options.
The Final Fight was released for the Super Nintendo (SNES) console in 1991.
