Die Hard: Vendetta is a First Person Shooter that puts you in the shoes of John McClane as he faces a new threat from his old enemy's son, Piet Gruber. You must use stealth and strategy to rescue your daughter and fellow police officer, Lucy, who has been kidnapped.
Die Hard: Vendetta features two unique gameplay modes: Stealth Mode and Hero Time. In Stealth Mode, you can sneak around quietly, grab hostages, and arrest enemies without resorting to violence. Hero Time allows for a faster reaction time, similar to the "Bullet Time" mechanic in Max Payne. By saving hostages and performing heroic tasks, you can earn this mode.
The game offers a variety of weapons, from paintball guns for training to sniper rifles, which can be used for both stealthy approaches and intense shootouts.
