The story takes place on two main levels. In the first level, Mrs. Pig rides a cable car above the ground, shooting at wolves who are descending from balloons towards the ground. If she hits their balloons, they splat and cannot harm her. However, if they reach the ground safely, they can climb a ladder near the cable car and try to catch Mrs. Pig. The wolves also shoot acorns at the pig, but she has a food-based weapon that allows her to throw meat at them, making them jump off their balloons and scoring bonus points.

In the second level, the wolves' lair is revealed, where they have reinforced balloons that require multiple hits to make them fall. The level also features a big rock that the wolves push onto Mrs. Pig when seven are present, as well as an alpha wolf leader who summons more wolves in packs.
