Wall-E is based on the 2008 Disney/Pixar movie of the same name. The cutscenes closely follow the movie, with added scenes and dialogue to give more to the game. The gameplay is a basic platformer with strategy involved, using Wall-E to navigate areas and pick things up to use. Players must figure out ways to reach out-of-reach areas due to Wall-E 's limited jump capacity. There are also racing stages designed for the robot EVE , where the player flies through constricted areas, avoiding fall obstacles.
This version of the game has nine explorable worlds, unlike the version for PS2, PSP and computers. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions feature a co-op mode using Wall-E and EVE , while the Wii version offers three head-to-head multiplayer modes.
