Silent Hill: Shattered Memories reimagines the classic horror game Silent Hill as you search for your missing daughter Cheryl in the haunted town of Silent Hill. The game presents a new take on the original story, with a focus on exploration and survival.
The gameplay is all about navigating through the foggy streets of Silent Hill, avoiding its terrifying monsters. There are no weapons to fight them off, so you'll need to rely on your wits and quick reflexes to escape their clutches. The game's controls use the PSP's unique features, such as the flashlight function controlled by the Wii Remote.
Between scenes, you'll visit a psychiatrist's office who will ask you personal questions about yourself and your past experiences. Your responses will influence the game's story, altering characters and dialogue to make it more unsettling. You'll also discover objects and recordings that reveal the dark history of Silent Hill.
