Kaette Kaette Kita Mario Bros. is an upgraded Famicom Disk System version of the first NES port of the arcade game Mario Bros. There are four modes: Original Mario Bros., which is the classic game with new features such as mid-air direction changes and saved scores. Nagatanien World is similar, but also includes a slot machine minigame that can be played once per game, depending on the number of matches. This mode offers more lives and continues your score and phase counters.
When you reach 100,000 points in this mode, you'll enter a drawing to win Mario playing cards, and at 200,000 points, another code for a chance to win a copy of Super Mario Bros. 3. The third mode, Name Registration, allows both players to register their name, age, and gender for use when a high score is broken and for honorifics. The fourth mode, Notices, has a Shellcreeper explain the promotional features of Nagatanien World.
The game was released on November 30th, 1988, for the Famicom Disk System console. It can be played as an arcade-style game with four different modes. There is also a slot machine minigame that can be played in one of the modes.
