The game Small Soldiers is a third-person action game released in 1998 for the PlayStation console. The game takes place in an imaginary environment using the characters from the toy figures, instead of the ones featured in the movie adaptation. In this world, you play as the Gorgonite Archer, who must defend his home against an invasion of the Commandos.

As Archer, you can run, jump, climb ledges, and fight using a blaster. Many levels involve freeing captured Gorgonites, who then aid you in battle. The single-player campaign consists of 14 levels, each with its unique challenges. In addition to the single-player mode, Small Soldiers also features multiplayer options, including the popular two-player head-to-head mode where you can compete as either Chip or Archer, capturing flags or accumulating frags.
