Guitar Hero III Legends of Rock is a rhythm game where you play as a rock star. Your goal is to press buttons in time with the music and songs on the list. You'll choose your favourite song from a long list, then start playing it on your guitar controller. As you get better at playing along with the songs, more difficult ones will be added. But, if you mess up, the song will come back to life with angry fans.
Gameplay is simple: press the buttons when the notes appear on screen. It's easy to pick up but hard to master. The game has a career mode where you play through different songs and levels, unlocking new guitars and songs along the way. You can also compete with other players online or in local multiplayer modes.
