Iron Man is a videogame that follows the story of Tony Stark, a billionaire weapon-industrialist and genius inventor who builds an armor to escape from terrorists who kidnap him. After escaping, he decides to use his suit to fight against them instead of producing weapons.

The game takes the story further, with more than 12 different missions and fights against villains not seen in the movie, such as Whiplash and Titanium Man. The player experiences cinematics between every mission, featuring actors from the movie like Robert Downey Jr. and Terrence Howard.

The gameplay features Stark fighting with various armies, tanks, helicopters, and cannons using range weapons or melee attacks. The armor is upgradeable, and so are its propulsion and armor systems. The player can earn upgrades by completing missions and making money.

Iron Man was released on the PlayStation 3 in 2008 , for seven different platforms.
