Techno Cop is set in a near-future world where crime runs rampant. You play as a cop on a mission to clean up your town and bring the culprits to justice. The game is divided into two main parts: driving action and sidescrolling action. In the driving section, you'll navigate through traffic in your red Ferrari, destroying hostile vehicles along the way. This is followed by a fast-paced sidescrolling segment where you must somersault over gaps, use elevators, and blast enemies to reach the final boss. After defeating the villain, it's back to the streets for the next mission.
The gameplay of Techno Cop combines elements of speed and strategy. You'll need to balance your driving skills with quick reflexes to take down enemies in the sidescrolling section.
