Zoop is a fast-paced puzzle game where you eliminate colored shapes approaching your alter ego before they reach the top. It's somewhat similar to Tetris.
The objective is to eliminate the other shapes by pointing your piece at it and firing. If the shape is the same color as your piece, both are eliminated, along with all shapes of the same color behind it, until your piece hits a different color. If the shape is of a different color or gets hit when collecting similar shapes, your piece exchanges colors with the shape.
Zoop was released for the Sega Genesis in 1995 and challenges players to think ahead to eliminate all the shapes before they reach the top of the screen.
