Battle Blaze is a one on one fighting game where you play as Kerrel, seeking revenge for his father Durill after he dies from exhaustion while fighting a demon's phantom. A zealous demon from the Netherworld sent five phantoms to possess each contender at the Tournament of Champions.

The gameplay is simple, with only a jump and an attack button needed to control Kerrel, who wields a unique weapon and has special attacks. Two modes are available: "Hero" mode, where you follow the story as Kerrel, and "Battle" mode, where all six characters are available and two-player fights can be played.

This is a fantasy fighting game where players must save the peaceful land of Virg after an evil netherworlder named Autarch possesses the realm's greatest champions. To restore harmony and secure the throne, players must enter the tournament of champions to defeat the possessed warriors and thwart Autarch's plans.



Story

The Land of Virg

Virg, which sits in the middle of the Great World, has remained a tranquil land for many centuries. Here, all beings live in peace, under the secure hold of a powerful Warrior-King.

These Kings are chosen in a contest of champions, in which warriors from about the land come to compete.

A Threat Arises

But something is about to disturb the harmony of Virg. A netherworlder by the name of Autarch has sent forth spirits to possess the high warriors of the land.

With the best warriors of Virg under the command of Autarch, the tournament of champions, and the fate of Virg, are in dire jeopardy.



Title Screen Options

From this screen, the player will be able to choose between the Hero, which is a one player game, and the Battle, which is a two player game.

Enemies & Characters

Kerrel

The noblest fighter in all of Virg, who uses only a sword and his agility to defeat his opponents and the evil Lord Autarch.

Shnouzer

The "Leader of the Pack" of Mountain Man/Beasts and one of the most feared competitors. Though he has no weapon, his close-combat skills are unmatched.

Adrick

A slow but devastating swordsman who relies heavily on his magical Dark Blade to make up for his lack of strength.

Lang

A nomad and near split-image of his twin brother, Kerrel, who shares very similar combat abilities.

Tesya

A swift competitor born into a family of great swordsmen who was taught the art of the twin dagger.

Lord Gustoff

A Half-Orc who rules a peaceful farmland and is one of the strongest competitors in the tournament. He uses a mace in a way that is both hypnotizing and dangerous.
