Sword Maniac is an action-adventure game that follows the story of Sword Maniac 's protagonist, a young man who sets out on a quest to avenge his sister's death at the hands of the evil Sword Maniac 's main antagonist. Along the way, he must fight his way through hordes of enemies and overcome treacherous terrain to reach the heart of the villain's fortress.
Gameplay in Sword Maniac involves exploring a 2D world, fighting enemies, and solving puzzles to progress through the game. The protagonist can jump, punch, and kick his way through levels, using a variety of attacks to take down foes.
