The gameplay experience is rich and immersive, with various modes to play through including exhibition matches, playoffs, and all-time playoffs. The game also features an eleven-week season mode where you can simulate a full year of college football, complete with weather conditions like fair skies, windy days, rain, and snow, as well as quarter lengths that range from 20 minutes to 60.

The playbook is filled with 56 offensive plays and 52 defensive plays, allowing for a high degree of strategy and control over the game. On offense, players can choose from a variety of moves like diving, spinning, and hurdling by their running backs. Meanwhile, defenders have their own set of moves, including diving at the ball carrier and raising hands to block kicks or intercept passes.
