Dynasty Warriors 5 returns to ancient China with a new cast of characters. The game follows the story of various warlords as they vie for power and control in a world filled with danger and intrigue. With over 48 playable characters, each with their own unique storyline, players can choose from a diverse range of heroes and villains.
Players will face off against hordes of enemies on screen, making Dynasty Warriors 5 one of the most action-packed games in the series. The game's graphics engine remains largely unchanged from its predecessors, but improvements have been made to the bodyguards system, which now provides better protection for the player character.
One new feature that has been carried over from Dynasty Warriors 4: Empires is the stronghold system. By killing an enemy leader, players can take control of their base and expand their empire. This adds a new layer of strategy to the game, as players must balance offense and defense in order to succeed.
