OutRun 2006 Coast 2 Coast is an arcade-style racing game where you play as Axel, a young musician who joins a band to become a famous rock star. Your goal is to deliver music gear to various locations across the United States while avoiding traffic and other obstacles.

The gameplay revolves around fast-paced racing on winding roads, with an emphasis on speed and drifting. As you drive, you'll encounter billboards featuring your band's name and musical symbols, which will give you a boost in speed when tapped. You'll also have to collect stars by tapping the corresponding billboards to earn points.
