Real World Golf is a golfing game that uses the Gametrak system. The Gametrak is an external piece of hardware included with the game, which can accurately read out the player's swing using gloves connected to it. It determines the power and effects on the ball, reading speeds from 2000 miles per hour to 1 millimeter per hour.
Gameplay involves simple hand gestures to navigate menus, allowing players to focus solely on their golfing experience. The game features ten 18-hole courses that must be unlocked one by one. Players can choose from various modes, including tournament, championship, training, and party. Party mode includes mini-games like hitting cars in the parking lot or targets, all playable against AI or friends in hotseat multiplayer.
