TransWorld Snowboarding is a fast-paced snowboarding game where the focus isn't on simulation, but on insane jumps, good graphics, easy controls, and rock 'n' roll.
The game features 17 tracks based on real-world locations around the world, with pro boarders modeled after real professionals. Game modes include trick modes, speed runs, and combinations of these, as well as the World Tour mode, where completing goals advances levels and unlocks new items. The soundtrack is a diverse compilation of music genres, primarily hip hop and rock.
TransWorld Snowboarding was released for the Xbox console on 29 October 2002, and is an example of the Extreme Sports genre.
