Madden NFL 10 is the 2009 installment of the Madden NFL franchise, the officially licensed game of the NFL. The game features a new animation technology called 'Pro-Tak' which was designed to give players more control over the players in the game. It also has new TV-style presentation and cameras, and improvements to the Franchise mode, including drafting players, signing free agents, and managing team finances.

The gameplay is fast-paced and intense, with realistic tackles and collisions between players. Players can choose their favorite teams and control their players on the field, using tactics and strategies to outmaneuver opponents.
