Meet Wave and Midi, two kids who find themselves transported 1000 years into the future to a vibrant town called Musey Town. The catch? They must become musical sensations within one week to win back their own world. Guided by Lan-K, a bass guitar player, they set out on an exciting journey filled with colorful characters and catchy tunes.

As Wave and Midi navigate through the town, they'll encounter various areas each with its own unique theme and music genre. By completing mini-games that involve clapping along to the beat, they'll gain the attention of the townsfolk and move the story forward.

The gameplay involves a mix of interacting with characters, playing instruments, and competing against others or the CPU in tune-playing challenges. Players will need to adapt their console-holding techniques to master each instrument.

But that's not all - Cool Cool Jam also offers a multiplayer mode where players can compete to achieve high scores and showcase their musical skills.
