Raiden IV

The gameplay is similar to previous titles in the series, with a focus on fast-paced action and intense shootouts. The game features upgradeable weaponry, including standard vulcan fire, high-powered laser fire, and the famous purple plasma beam "toothpaste laser". There are also three different sub-weapons to pick up. The game offers eight difficulty settings, and can be played solo, two-player cooperative, or in "dual mode" where one player controls two ships simultaneously. Extra player ships can be purchased from Xbox Live Marketplace.
