Screaming WIngs is set in World War 2 and follows your journey through 9 levels of different environments. You'll face enemy planes and their bullets, which will cost you one of your 3 lives if you make contact. The game features a drone weapon power-up that shoots from the opposite position as you, allowing for some creative dodging.
The gameplay involves piloting your aeroplane through the levels, avoiding enemy fire and making use of available power-ups to gain an advantage. You can dodge bullets by moving slightly off the screen, similar to SWIV. The objective is to survive as long as possible while navigating through the levels.
