About

1CC Games is an independent developer that collaborated with publisher Chorus Worldwide to release the genre-shifting arcade action game Speed Limit in 2021. They are also known for retro shoot 'em ups, including Star Hunter DX & Space Moth: Lunar Edition, which received physical releases in 2022.

The partnership between developer 1CC Games and publisher Chorus Worldwide represents a bridge between niche arcade experiences and mainstream sports entertainment distribution. While recognized for high-octane action, the collaborative catalog and its associated distribution networks link back to classic sports simulation history. This includes early basketball titles such as NBA Fastbreak '98 (1997), alongside seminal entries in the Sega-era sports lineup like NBA 2K1 (2001) and NBA 2K2 (2002).

The lineage of these releases extends into modern iterations, including the premium NBA 2K18 [Legend Edition] (2017). This diverse operational footprint allowed the partners to transition into publishing dedicated physical runs. Following the launch of Speed Limit (2021), the partnership solidified its reputation in the shoot 'em up community with Star Hunter DX & Space Moth: Lunar Edition (2022). This release was accompanied by a highly collectible Star Hunter DX & Space Moth: Lunar Edition [Special Limited Edition] (2022), cementing the developer-publisher duo's role in preserving both digital and physical arcade-style gaming experiences across multiple generations of hardware.
