Beatmania Append 3rd Mix is the first of many append discs to be released in the long running Beatmania franchise for the Playstation. It features new songs, mostly taken directly from the arcade game, but also some exclusive for the Playstation release.
Beatmania Append 3rd Mix game requires the first disc from Beatmania Arcade 2nd Mix in order to be played.
The gameplay of Beatmania Append 3rd Mix is based on the same concept as other games in the series, with players pressing buttons in time with the music. The game features new songs and modes, including a "Mix" mode that combines elements of different songs.
The gameplay requires quick reflexes and timing to press the correct buttons in sync with the music, making it a challenging and fun experience for players.
