Um Jammer Lammy is a music-based platformer where you control Lammy , a shy and timid guitarist. The goal is to help Lammy reach her latest gig on time, while avoiding obstacles such as flaming buildings, out-of-control airplanes, and even getting trapped in Hell.
In this sequel to the popular game PaRappa The Rapper , you'll play as Lammy , a guitarist for the band MilkCan. Each button controls a different note on the guitar, and you'll need to follow the lessons of seven different teachers to impress them and move forward in the game. You can either follow their instructions accurately or try to do better by improvising and playing with style.
Um Jammer Lammy offers several improvements over its predecessor. For the first time, you can play the game with a friend, either cooperatively or competitively. If you don't have a friend to play with, you can also use the computer as your partner. After completing the initial game, you'll be able to play through it again with raps instead of Lammy 's guitar.
Um Jammer Lammy was released on the PlayStation in 1999 and is a must-play for fans of music games.
