Heimdall 2: Into the Hall of Worlds , an isometric adventure platform game for the Amiga, follows Heimdall's quest to recover the shattered amulet pieces. After Loki's betrayal, Odin and the other gods decided to send Heimdall, son of Odin, on a mission to permanently stop his mischief.
With the help of Valkyrie Ursha, Heimdall must navigate through different Nordic worlds, fighting enemies and solving puzzles to uncover the amulet pieces. The player can switch between male and female characters throughout their journey.
As they progress, players encounter various challenges, including navigating mazes, finding specific objects, and using items in the right combinations. Along the way, Heimdall and Ursha work together to overcome obstacles and ultimately restore balance to the worlds.
