On a overcrowded, overpolluted planet in 2051, two mega corporations - CyberTech Industries and Axiom - engage in an intense battle for supremacy. Axiom blames CyberTech's president, Anton Korsby, for their president's death, and secretly injects him with a virus that threatens to take over his body.

is a 3D action shooter that takes place entirely within the human body. The player must navigate through various parts of the anatomy, destroying virii and enemy ships while collecting power-ups and upgrading their craft. The ultimate goal is to reach the brain and stop Grey M, the entity controlling Korsby's body.
