Hades

The gameplay involves controlling Zagreus in an isometric view as they try to fight their way through randomly generated rooms. The player has a primary weapon, special attack, and magic spell to use against enemies. Each room cleared grants a gift from one of the Olympians, which can be chosen from three persistent boosts for that run. The player can also collect in-game currency and keys to unlock permanent upgrades or new weapons.

Each time Zagreus' health points drop to zero, they "die" and start over, removing all gifts granted from their previous attempt. Before starting a new quest, the player can use currency to upgrade Zagreus permanently or unlock new weapons.
