Players take on the role of a stuntman who has to escape various dangers and make it to a flying helicopter.
Stuntman , released in 1983, is broken down into three timed stages. The first stage involves climbing ropes while avoiding flying birds. The second stage adds a sword, requiring the stuntman to defeat flying devilfaces before escaping. The third stage features more enemies and balloons to grab before making his getaway. The stages repeat two more times, increasing in challenge with added enemies at each iteration. Completing nine stages unlocks higher speed levels, with six options available from the start.
